The Twelve Days Of Christmas ……….

Means eating far too much, drinking more than normal and piling on the pounds. Ending up with you back on a diet again in January! Sound familiar to you? Can you imagine what our bodies must think when December comes round again.

So what do we do? Just accept that we are going to put on weight and prepare ourselves for the fact that it will be another diet in January. Take weight loss supplements to prevent us from putting on any weight. Maybe we just ignore it completely and hope it will all go away. Or do we make sure we eat healthy over this time? Well hats off to anyone who can do the last one.

For me this year for me will be different. I really cannot be bothered having to lose a whole load of weight in the New Year again. Why is it going to be different, well for one I am not going to stop exercising. Did you know that most people will put on weight not because they have over-eaten but because they have simply stopped exercising. My other way is by going down the meal plan option, writing down what I am going to eat for the week ahead. I do meal plans for every other week so I know what to buy and can also not end up eating rubbish, yet I don’t over Christmas. I know that on some days I will eat a bit more, but if I do make a plan then at least I will have something to follow. Also I have for those really heavy days some weight loss supplements as back-up. Recently I took some weight loss supplements and successfully lost weight and have also not put weight back on. Over Christmas I admit I will need a little help so I have them ready just incase.

Holiday periods such as Christmas or Thanksgiving can mean you eating what you want and not piling on huge amounts of weight. We have more tips and information for you here at Dietreviewzone.

October Monthly Update at Dietreviewzone

Nearly at the end of the year and I have decided that Dietreviewzone needs a bit of a revamp an early spring clean so to speak. As summer 08 is now well and truly over, this will now be replaced by our Seasonal Section. Covering all aspects of our diet and health issues over Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Over the next coming month we will also be changing our review page to make it much easier for you to find exactly what you are looking for.

During October and into November Dietreviewzone will be getting ready for Christmas and the New Year. All those issues of losing weight and not putting weight on will be covered. Also as the weather for most of us is getting colder this time of year, we will also give you some tips on how to look after your skin. Finally, there will be some useful information and hints on how not to get stressed this Christmas.

As you have seen a couple of months ago I started My Proactol Diary. My own personal weight loss diary whilst taking the weight loss supplement Proactol. Last week I reached my target weight loss! I am absolutely made up and feel so much more confident in myself.  I am carrying on with the diary and will keep you informed on how I do keeping the weight off. I still have a box of Proactol left for those times when I know I will be eating and drinking more than normal.

October saw more information on Dietreviewzone. Under our diet and weight loss section. We took a look at how Carb blockers work and also whether they help you to lose weight. In particular we have taken a look at Dietrine Carb Blocker. In our health and beauty section we took a further look at Aloe Vera. Whether taking Aloe Vera really makes that much difference to your health and skin. We all know about the healing powers of aloe vera but what about all the other things it can do. Under our acne section we tackled the subject of our skin and cold weather. The cold weather can bring us down and make us feel miserable which is bad enough. What can and does makes things worse is getting acne, it really can make us feel horrid and uncomfortable. At Dietreviewzone we take a look at how we can look after our skin during the cold weather.

We are always looking for new and fun ways to exercise. This month saw for us the new topic of pole dancing and how to get your own pole. Pole dancing is growing every month in popularity. You are able to go to classes and also now set up your own pole in your own home. A really great way to exercise and tone up.

Our on going looking into Weddings, took a look at how to make sure you look after yourself on the run up to your wedding last month. I am sure there  are many people out there getting ready for a winter wedding. Our wedding section gives you useful information and tips on how you can look and feel your best on your big day.

Finally we posed the question. Surely a good reason to quit smoking is your childs health. A hot potato of a subject, from my own experience I have seen relatives pass away and leave the children behind, when they had the opportunity to quit and improve their health and didn’t. Even with the knowledge of watching grand children grow up the lure of the cigarette was much stronger. As always your views on any of these subjects can be heard on our forum.
